Soften margarine in a medium, non-stick pot over medium warmth. Include cream cheddar and garlic powder, mixing with wire speed until smooth. Include drain, a little at any given moment, rushing to smooth out bumps. Mix in Parmesan and pepper. Expel from warm when sauce achieves wanted consistency. Sauce will thicken quickly, thin with drain if cooked too long. Hurl with hot pasta to serve.
