TRUFFLE OIL......

I am always looking for new and interesting oils to use, and I found this!
Truffle oil.... I found two " flavors " White Truffle oil and Black Truffle Oil.
They are both in an olive oil base, and the Black Truffle oil has summer Truffle pieces...... interesting!
I have read that real Truffles over in France are searched for in the forest, and they use pig's because they can smell the Truffles!
Maybe I need a pet pig Lol!!!
Give this a try, and add some variety to your cooking!!!
