Quick salad with pear and bacon

Ingredients

• 1 packet of salad mix;
• 1 pear;
• 1 cup of pink grapes;
• 2 strips of fried bacon;
• 2 tablespoons goat cheese;
• 2 tablespoons of toasted pistachios;
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  
  

Preparation

Slice the pear into thin slices, and grapes in half. Bacon and cheese finely crumble. In a large bowl, combine these ingredients with salad and pistachios. Add the balsamic vinegar, stir again and serve to the table.
