This summer is been smoking Ribs (Baby back are my favorite) steaks, sausage, feather bones (riblets.. black people we call em feather bones.. for some reason not sure.. just what i know them as) , pork chops.... YYOOOOUUU NAME ITTTTTTTTT!!!

@maran1771 yes. I have seen food inc. and it changed my life. I still eat meat, but am more conscious and aware than I have ever been that we should be very careful who we buy food from, and who should be supported the most!
