This was a great video showing the making of pate. This is something I've never seen done and had no idea how to make. I would never have thought you would flambe the livers or add rum for that matter. Nor did I know that you pour melted butter on top. I'll bet this was just delicious. Thanks for sharing the recipe and video.

    Hi, thank you a lot for your feedback it's really nice to hear some kind words :) The melted butter makes it to preserve from spoilage :)
