This dish invites you to bask in the aromas inspired by Japanese hot pot, with seared salmon and wilted bok choy infused in an umami-rich soy and kombu broth.

1 piece Kombu
8 oz Shanghai Baby Bok Choy
2 oz Enoki Mushrooms
2 Garlic Cloves
1 oz Ginger
1 oz Tamari
Kyoto Spice Mix
2 g Black Sesame Seeds
2 g Togarashi
