Ingredients:
70 gr sugar
160 gr frozen or fresh blueberries
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
170 gr milk
200 gr flour
1 beaten egg
60 ml oil
How to prepare:
Grease muffin cups with butter. Preheat the oven to 200c. In a small bowl, combine beaten oil, milk and beaten egg. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine both bowls and stir until mixtures combine smoothly and add blueberries. Fill the cups to two-thirds. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until they turn golden. You can try them with a toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean they are done. Remove them from the cups and let them cool off and enjoy!
