I just prepared this amazing cup of matcha tea.

I like my way of preparing it through a very fine cieve instead of using the Japanese bamboo whisk. I find you get rid of clumps a lot better through a cieve and that make the tea so much smoother.

Matcha is a Japanese green tea made by special tea leave powder instead of a regular infusion of leaves.

Thanks for the tip! I always struggle to get all the clumps dissolved with the whisk.
