Making fried rice cake

Cooking ingredients for two quarters

Material: 300g topokki, 200g biennese sausage, chives, sesame

Seasoned ingredients: 4 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon red pepper paste,
1/2 spoon soy sauce,1 teaspoon chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons sugar

  1. First, put tteokbokki in a bowl and soak it in warm water.

  2. Place a diagonal cut in the Vienna sausage.

  3. Making the marinade
    Add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon red pepper paste,
    2 tablespoons sugar, and 4 tablespoons ketchup to mix well.

  4. Grease a pan with plenty of oil and put macerated topokki rice cake.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Stir-fry the cut-off Vienna sausage with topokki rice cake.

  5. Add the marinade, please. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. If the seasoning is well cut and the rice cake is cooked
    Turn off the heat and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
    Chop the chives a little and raise them.
