DJ and producer Kosta Kostov keeps cooking... In July 2016 he started the show "Kosta kocht" on German national radio Cosmo, "cooking for the ears". Now KKostbar on YouTube, also "for the eyes"... Stay tuned for his very personal preparation of well known classics and innovative recipes, well mixed with stories and music.

Recipe


200 gr parmesan cheese
200 gr cream
pepper

1 pear
Aceto Balsamico
letuce
baguette

  1. Heat up the cream in a bowl on water bath
  2. Shredder the parmesan cheese and mix it in the hot cream. Season only with shreddered black pepper

  3. Put the cheese cream into a plastic box and freeze it
    Slice the parmesan ice cream.png
  4. Serve slices of the iscreme on roasted baguette and garnisch with sliced pear and lettuce and with few drops of Aceto Balsamico!
