I bake bread often. I like to bake bread, but I made it with active yeast. Yeast are organisms who eat sugar and transform it in alcohol or CO2 who raise the bread.
BREAD
- 500 g flower
- 250 ml water
- salt
- 1 package dry yeast
Put flower, salt and yeast in the bow and mix well. Pour the water inside and mix all ingredients together, then you put dough on the table or counter with a little bit of flower and start knead that dough became elastic. Put dough back in the bowl to sit one hour. After 1 hour mix dough again and this time must sit half of hour. Then you shape dough, put in the backing pan, leave to stay again half an hour and then put backing pan with dough in the preheat oven on 200 degrees Celsius and bake half of hour. Take bread off to cool down and they you can eat it.
