Appetizer of cucumbers in sour cream
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of fat sour cream
- 4 medium cucumbers
- 1 small bundle of cilantro
- 1 bunch of green onion
- 4 tbsp of unrefined olive or sunflower oil
- sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
1. Finely chop onion and cilantro stems, place in mortar and sprinkle 1 tsp of salt. Let stand 5 minutes, then mash the herbs into a paste.
2. Mix the green paste with sour cream, and season with pepper. Narva cilantro into individual leaves.
3. Cucumbers if necessary, clean from the skin, flesh cut into medium-sized pieces. Mix cucumbers with green sour cream, sprinkle with cilantro, pour oil and serve to fish, meat or poultry.
