Eggplant,garlic,onion,tomato,parsley,salt,olive oil.
Vegetables are washed.Extracted eggplants are kept in salt water.
Cut onions and garlic roasted in olive oil.Grated tomato is added.Cook for 6-7 min. and add eggplant.After cooking 10 min.,enough water is added to cover the eggplants.Cooked until the eggplant softens.Parsley is added after cooking.
