Devilish Duck Eggs (How I make deviled duck eggs)

in cooking •  7 years ago

I made some deviled duck eggs for Ben and thought I would share how I do it with you too.

Of course you can use chicken eggs if you don't have duck eggs on hand! If you can't eat chicken eggs for some reason then duck eggs are a fabulous substitute - maybe even better!

Here are the ingredients I used today. I go by look and texture more than exact amounts.
7 hard boiled duck eggs
1 jalepeno pepper (optional)
1/2 large dill pickle
1/2 medium onion
1 slice or 2 of pimento or bell pepper
1/2 to 3/4 cup total (approximately more or less) mayo
