Canned tuna cutlets with capers





Ingredients


  • 300 g potatoes;
  • 80 g canned tuna;
  • 2 shoots of green onions;
  • 2 tablespoons capers ;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Cooking



Grate the potatoes on a large grater, squeeze them well and put them in a large bowl. From the can with tuna drain the liquid, mash the fish with a fork and combine with potatoes. Add chopped onion, capers, fork beaten egg. Pepper and how to mix the resulting mass.

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Mince form 4 patties. Fry on both sides until a crispy golden crust.
