Try this healthy pumpkin pie smoothie recipe to satisfy your cravings for a small pumpkin pie or other pumpkin desserts! You can even substitute the milk, yogurt, and whipped cream for soy to make it vegan friendly!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Ice
1 Banana
3/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Teaspoons Honey (Or More)
3 Tablespoons Milk
Whipped Cream (For Topping)
COMBINE the ingredients in the blender.
BLEND until smooth
