Homemade Mini Chocolate Cupcakes


Ingredients
1 Cup of water
100 Grams of dark chocolate
125 Grams of softened butter
1 & 1/4 Cups of packed brown sugar
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup of cocoa powder
1/2 Cup of plain flour
1.5 Cups of self-raising flour

Ganache
100 Grams of dark chocolate
100 Grams of sour cream
