Pineapple
Garlic
Onion

Preparation:

1.)wash the pork Kasim in running water
After this chop it into adobo cut and place in refrigerator for. While
2.)wash the potato and remove the skin and chop into a cube cut
3.)wash and remove the skin and eyes of the pineapple chop into chunks
4.)wash the garlic, onion, red bell pepper and chop into small pieces

Cooking process

Open the gas stove place the pan put 100 grams cooking oil and add the garlic saute until becoming golden brown put the slice onion, red bell pepper and add the pork, soy sauce, 100 grams brown sugar, black pepper, laurel, saute for 10 minutes and add the vinegar and cover the pan make them boil for 10 minutes remove the cover and add the pineapple and potato cover it again makes them boil for 15 minutes
note: use low-pressure fire in cooking adobo
