How to cook Nehari with cow's foot (nehari cook).. Do you know???

A bun from a cow or goat's knee is cooked in our family, which we can not forget much. Yes, it is Nehari, usually it is said that many feet are found. Leg can be more difficult in the soup! Our mothers make this cooking for special care, especially for children. image
No family can be found in Bangladesh that this Nahari has not been cooked! Naharai can be found in the morning breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

It is good to eat with bread or potta. But today I have not got a donkey in the hotel with a leg!

A few days ago, in the meeting section of a grocery, I saw four leg's feet, asking price and looking at my wife's face! Seeing the face of the wife, we got four pieces of money. 60 paisa per paisa (after next week I saw every pies of 70 / - pices).

That night we both husband and wife started cooking! My wife has cooked this meal several times before, but I have not met. I learned. My mother used to cook Nhari occasionally, the taste and color still remains in my eyes. @pic
Cut the cow's legs into pieces and cut them thoroughly and wash them in a big pan. Keep burning well in submerged water with a little salt and bay leaf. (I pissed from the grocery) image

Yellow - half a spoon
Pepper - half a spoon
Ginger - 2 spoons
Onion - 3 spoons
Garlic - 2 spoons
Cumin - 1 spoon
Coriander - 1 spoon
Chillies - 6/7
(We've got onion, ginger, garlic and chili)

Baypatha - 3/4 (previously used)
Cardamom - 4/5
Cinnamon - 4/5 pieces
Tamarind - half cup
Salt - like quantity (remember to give salt in the last bar, was given at first time)

Onion Kuchi - For Bertha
Oil - a few spoons, for the sake of the flyer.

Spices are lowered in the neck so that the ground is thin and is used as a soup and it is used so that the water is like water. How unknowingly!
If the leg is well done (take a couple of hours) then give it all spices. Including cardamom, cinnamon and tamarind.

Pour oil to another pot and add onion and fry it. Make beribera. Give it out of the garden (beat the garden) and burn some more.
