Hello all..
here I am again cooking tempe mendoan typical of indonesia ...
i will tell you how to make it ..

Material

  • 300 gram tempe, thinly sliced width 10x15 cm
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 100 gram rice flour
  • 1 tbsp of wheat flour
  • 125 ml of water
  • cooking oil

Blend

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ½ teaspoon pepper granules
  • 2 tsp salt

How to make

  • Stir the flour with fine spices, scallions, and water until smooth.

  • Dip each piece of tempe in the flour mixture.

  • Fry in hot and plentiful oil until the flour dough is frozen but not yet hardened, cooked but not yellow or dry. Lift, drain.

  • Serve warm with sauce of soy sauce.
