here I am again cooking tempe mendoan typical of indonesia ...
i will tell you how to make it ..
Material
- 300 gram tempe, thinly sliced width 10x15 cm
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 100 gram rice flour
- 1 tbsp of wheat flour
- 125 ml of water
- cooking oil
Blend
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ teaspoon pepper granules
- 2 tsp salt
How to make
Stir the flour with fine spices, scallions, and water until smooth.
Dip each piece of tempe in the flour mixture.
Fry in hot and plentiful oil until the flour dough is frozen but not yet hardened, cooked but not yellow or dry. Lift, drain.
Serve warm with sauce of soy sauce.
and that is the making of tempe mendoan that I have cooked ..
