Recently I tried out a recipe for a stew and it called for one cup of carrots. Hmm. Did that mean diced, or sliced, or cut into rounds? Apparently, that detail was left up to the cook. So this was my solution.
Some days it doesn't take much to amuse me, so I took a picture of it to share with you in hopes that you, too, are amused. And yes, that is a very old green Tupperware measuring cup. I love those!
