Sandwich with beans and chicken

Ingredients:

• 100 g of chopped boiled chicken breast;
• ½ small avocado;
• ½ cup boiled or canned legumes (any);
• 2 tablespoons yogurt without additives;
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder;
• lettuce leaves or any other greens;
• whole wheat bread;
• salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, except lettuce leaves, in a bowl. Lay on the bread first lettuce leaves, then the mixture, then again the salad and cover it all with a second piece of bread.

In our case we used chickpeas when cooking. It turned out very tasty.
