Super simple and healthy meal makes a great lunch or light dinner
1 avocado
1 egg
Salt and pepper to tase and shredded cheese
Cut avocado in half and remove pit
Scoop a little out with spoon to make room for egg
Slice a flat spot on bottom so hey lay flat on baking sheet
Put in egg salt and pepper to taste and bake @ 350deg f for 15-20 min depending on how you like your egg
With apx 5 min remaining add cheese and enjoy
