Egg Curry

Ingredients:

To Make Egg Curry

Oil
Eggs – 3
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Cumin - 1 spoon
1 Red Chili
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Turmeric Powder – ½ spoon
Coriander and Cumin powder – ½ spoon
Salt To taste
Red chilly powder – ½ spoon
Egg Curry Powder - 1 spoon
Water - Required to add to the gravy
Coriander leaves

2 Green chilies

To season the eggs

Turmeric Powder ½ spoon
Red Chili Powder - ½ spoon

Note: I have not added ginger garlic. But you can add them if you want. You can add them after adding Onions.
I have added fewer masalas. You can add them to your preference.
