When I was very young I used to watch Julia Child she was my inspiration and the one who got me interested in cooking. To this day I don't think there's anyone any better at teaching. I still have her set of 6 VHS tapes I got in the 70's they are wonderful. Someone from her estate should release those tapes on CD's they'd probably make a fortune....
