[Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls]
What kind of dish is coming up when you heard about Vietnamese food? Rice paper rolls is one of the most famous Vietnamese dishes. Simple but tasty so it's highly recommended for the house party with close family and friends. Plenty of colors and various kind of food such as meat, vegetables, and fish. Serve rolls with Chili sauce, fish sauce and peanut sauce. Kids are going to love this!

Ingredients

3~4 servings
15 rice paper
1/2 onion
1 handful daikon radish sprouts
1 handful sprouts
30g chives
1/2 yellow, red, orange paprika
30g purple cabbage
1/3 carrot
4 perilla leaves
50g pineapple
100g shrimp
2 eggs
Dipping Sauce
Some sweet chili sauce
Some peanut sauce
Some fish sauce
1/3 red pepper and Chungyang hot pepper (minced)

Instructions

STEP 1) Cut chives 4cm long. Slice paprika, purple cabbage, carrot, perilla leaves into 4cm long. Cut pineapple 3cm long. Bath shrimps in boiling water. Break eggs, mix enough in a bowl. Add enough oil in a frying pan, fry egg mixture, and slice into 4cm long.

Place prepared ingredients on a large dish and make dipping sauce. Bath rice papers in warm water for 3~5 sec and drain.

STEP 2) Place wet rice papers on a plate, place shrimp, vegetables and fruits in the middle.

STEP 3) Fold the bottom side of the rice paper up first, fold both side and roll.

STEP 4) Combine minced peppers and fish sauce, mix well. Serve the dipping with sweet chili and peanut sauce.
