蕃茄汤

番茄 - 250g
姜黄粉 - ¼ 茶匙
玉米粉 - 1 汤匙
红洋葱 -1 汤匙
蛋清 - 1 盐(如你所愿)
水-2杯
香菜叶(如你所愿)
酥油 - 2 茶匙

成熟的西红柿切碎,加入盐和姜黄粉,加2杯水,煮10分钟,冷却后挤干滤好。红洋葱切碎,用酥油炒熟。加入挤好的番茄汁,微热时加入玉米粉和少许水,然后滴入打好的蛋清,一边加入蛋清一边搅拌均匀。加入香菜叶,趁热食用。
