Oh my, this looks so delicious and hearty. Your sweet potato gnocchi looks perfect. And the sauce looks so good with the mushrooms. Yeah, I totally agree with the sweet and savory combination for this dish. Plus, I get the feeling you had fun creating this dish.

    Thank you @offoodandart! I really did have a lot of fun with this one, I've always wanted to attempt a sweet potato variation on gnocchi and I'm glad I did. I actually would say now that I prefer them. Well I can move again so that's a major improvement .
