Hi Codrcristi,

Do you have the 12 words seed password that was generated when you first created your wallet?

You will need in in order to restore your wallet and get access to your funds.
If you have it, when you start your Copay wallet, if it completely wiped out your info, it will ask you whether you want to create a new wallet or restore the old one. Choose restore and put your 12 word seed.
That should solve the problem.

    Hello ninaray, thanks for the quik answer, the problem is i don t have the 12 word Phrase, just one id and the publik key and the reciev addres of course :(
