this is 2015. now is 2017 it has changed more , will one day the waters will change.must change for better so the fishes can live in a clean environment plenty of food and healthy coral reefs .what about the fishes, manta ray's they will be better. so there be more fishes and we have more food and jobs . there is a group who is working on it .
whats going on its really clear , the rich countries are following the regulations but they are not helping the poors countries to follow it ,because are thinking individual. and the poors countries don,t have the resources to follow it.
