CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK: NOT WHAT YOU THINK

Remember get plenty of sunshine without the toxic sunscreen on for at least 20 minutes a day, drink plenty of water, at least 8 cups of water a day (sodas, coffee, tea and juices do not count), proper and adequate sleep as your body heals itself between the times of 10:00 pm till 2:00 am so get to be by 9:30pm, eat many non-gmo whole foods, add multivitamins, iodine especially vitamin D and C as you can not get all the nutrutient from your foods, plus keep active throughout the day, exercising for a few hours does not help your body for the entire day, keep active and moving.
