I think it is a yes and no. Prior to the store setting limits people were packing multiple carts with as much as they could hold.

I don't necessarily see a problem with people buying lots of stuff. It's not immoral, it's not dangerous, it's not violent, it's not coercive, it's not threatening, it's not financially unsound, it's not illegal.... there's really no reason to be upset with those people, unless you're jealous toward them, or upset with yourself for doing it too.
Buying things for yourself and your family to use is never wrong. Let's not get dragged into the govt and mainstream media's "shame the hoarders" nonsense.
