Winter Is Coming - Devolution Zombie Horde

I went to dinner with some colleagues and a couple of customers.
It was just like old times of good business relationships, stories, food and drink.

The pork knuckle was nice.

This is at, The Hof, in Docklands.

Well, not that Hoff!

With my colleague/friends from Sydney and Taiwan.

And the Winter is Coming part? Rise of the Zombies...

Well, that's come about due to the fact, that the powers that be, want people to feel some pain for their outlandish forecasts, falling short.

Now, I've seen this before, around the early 2000's, where economic activity was lacklustre.
Lacklustre! Nothing terrible.
However, the new leadership, see it as a catastrophe of sorts.
This has made them say some demotivating statements.

"Is that person necessary?"
"You have to explain how YOU lost the deal!"

No TEAM. No"We".

Just probing for weaknesses of others.
Just like a pack of hyenas ripping into the ass of a wilderbeast.

De-Motivation ensues.

I find my dreams contemplating some kind of end to my tenure.
The coming Winter months will be interesting.
