It's all about economy vs. environment, at least here in Oklahoma. Otherwise, Big Brother tells the trees to be damned..

    I would agree, but would clarify by saying it's all about big business vs. environment. The economy can be healthy and robust without subsidizing big business. And what I'm hoping people see is that government isn't worried about protecting the environment. Government is staffed by the people it regulates, so even laws that are touted as "environmental" are usually just ways for one corporation or sector to destroy its competition.
