The corrupts are afterall just a social construct, the problem is that they have to scale their deprivation, to keep unity and utility.
If they all rape children, it become useless as a controlling / blackmail tool, they need to scale, and as such they move to child sacrifices...
and the thing is what can they get up to next?
they have already saturated with adultery, when all powerful men cheat their wives, it's useless as a controlling tool...
so move them to rape...
again when all do,
it's useless...

but what's next?
the problem is the spread of the deed and the homogeneity that makes it's controlling ability less potent and lead them to need scale to even more depraved ways...

let's say you have a kid who steal a chewing gum... in the kingdom of thieves it's nothing... because they all do...
so you see, to have black mails it must be something not widespread, but on the other hand their strategic needs always force them to saturate quite quickly the new stage of their initiations...
in the sense that if all do group sex for example, this is useless as black mails...
