Ever wanted to stop counterfeit at any point? But you didn’t know how to do it or how to go about it?

Seal have come up with a platform to check if a product is genuine if the product is seal enabled. Seal comes with a chip, app and network that provides authenticity for products and services. Using your smartphone, you can scan products now and seal will let you know if it’s authentic.

· You can register a product as yours to avoid theft.
· You can transfer ownership of a product. This is a must have for brands looking to earn money.
· Brands can track where their products are being sold if the product is seal enabled.

Although some of the services have been implemented, it is assured that all will be implemented as soon as possible.

VISION OF SEAL
Master plan
Phase 1 – Authenticity Infrastructure: This infrastructure is where a service ecosystem can be built. This infrastructure will provide a solution for brands to gather data and perform analysis on products.

Phase 2 -- Convergence of E-Commerce & Retail: Seal has E-commerce and Retail applications. For retail, Seal has plans to provide a no-checkout method to pay for genuine products. All you have to do is scan and pay. For E-commerce, Seal will walk by verifying and claiming ownership of products before it is shipped or listed.

Phase 3 -- Currency of Authenticity: Seal has already established itself as the currency of authenticity. This currency has be optimized for transacting consumer goods. You can use this currency to pay for products while giving a guaranteed exchange of good.

THE SEAL APP
Seal has developed an app which is compatible with Android and IOS (Iphone7 and above). Plans are in place to make it available on Google play Store and Apple app store before the end of the year.

The seal app comes with Near field communication chips that enables two devices to establish communication when they are within 4cm each.

THE SEAL NETWORK - Ethereum Blockchain
Seal have chosen Ethereum to launch Seal because of the following:

ERC20: Seal is ERC20 based as it was built using ERC20 token standard because of its third-party support and compatibility with exchanges. This works with Near-open communication chips.

BLOCKCHAIN: Seal have plans to develop its own blockchain to support higher transaction and reduce transaction fees.

SMART CONTRACT: Ethereum is the most popular smart contract blockchain amongst others.

ARCHITECTURE OF THE SEAL NETWORK

API-Gateway: The Seal API is the main way of interacting with the Seal Network. This enabkes the platform to be changed and upgraded.

MICROSERVICES: This is a flexible and efficient way to build and operate on software. The microservices split large applications into smaller components that are independent on each other.

BLOCKCHAIN: Like mentioned earlier, the seal network uses the ethereum blockchain to store all transaction regarding a specific product which includes history, brand information etc.

TOKEN INFORMATION
The token used on the platform is called the Seal token. This token can be used to make payment while ensuring products are guaranteed. All brands pay a 25% service charge upon all transactions done with the seal.
