Some people report a loss of sensation of taste and/or smell. Approximately 80 percent of people who get Covid-19 experience a mild case – about as serious as regular cold – and recover without any special treatment being needed.
About one in six people get severely ill, the WHO says. Elderly people and people with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems or diabetes, or chronic respiratory conditions, are at a higher risk of Covid-19 serious illness.
The National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom has identified the specific symptoms to look for as experiencing either: a high temperature- feel hot to touch your chest or back.
A new continuous cough- means you have repeatedly started coughing.
Antibiotics are of no use as this is viral pneumonia also there is no vaccine at the moment. Recovery depends upon immune system strength.
