It's been years since I've made an animated gif. Wow, I think before 2001. Remember then, when everything was transparent blue and orange and there was still hope? I mean, there was the whole upcoming Y2K thing but apprehension of a possibility was far outshone by the optimism of a twentysomething me. Hope. Good times! :)
Years later, I just hope not to loose my shit on someone intentionally wearing their mask below their chin and surveying the rest of the subway train with a look of triumphant smugness. Hrmmm....I guess not engaging in self defense to an assault (under section 265 and 266 of the criminal code of Canada I expect not wearing a mask in metal tube with shared air would be considered assault the same way spitting on someone is (?)) is indicative of still having some hope for the future :) Instead, I asked myself what I can do as just some nobody. I think pointing out a fact that no politician with an eye towards votes in their right mind will point out is something I could do.
