New Zealand with 96% of its eligible population with at least one dose, 94% with two doses and 71% with booster doses.

I think total days under restrictions were actually much fewer than the US domestically. For a significant stretch New Zealand barely had any restrictions present as their quarantine controls had kept transmission down.
