I'm very quite concerned about Ukraine. The Delta wave is upon the country. Test positivity is up to 12%. Up 200% since late June when Delta was first detected. Cases are up 380% since then. Hospitalization growth rates in several oblasts are quite high and nationally hospitalizations are on the rise. Deaths are starting to rise again as well.
The country is still extremely vulnerable. Only 12% of the population is fully vaccinated. If other countries are any indication Delta places significant pressure on hospital system capacity. While Ukraine has a decent per capita amount of hospital beds, they do not have much existing ICU bed capacity or oxygen supplies/ventilators.
While they have vaccine doses, they need personnel to administer the doses. And unfortunately they have high vaccine hesitancy due to Russian-led vaccine misinformation campaigns.
They likely will face a severe Fall/Winter wave where the health system will reach capacity. Hopefully the most at risk can get vaccinated in time. The country has already endured two severe waves last Winter and last Spring. Their excess death rate is comparable to the United States with 103k excess deaths through June.
it's always Russia isn't it? How can you be so sure that it isn't you that is getting the propaganda?
Even though I disagree with your world-view it is a nice collection of data in one place so good job on that :)
