There could be publication bias, but a number of publications have discussed both coronavirus origin hypotheses, as well as government and scientific bodies. And we can still evaluate the available evidence.

I don't know what he's referring to in the second point. Is he talking about the US government assessments on the coronavirus origins? There isn't a consensus, but it isn't 50/50.

The third part is true, but that seems to conflate predictions and forecasts with scientific questions.
