COVID CAN REALLY BRING A PERSON TO AOTHER LAYER OF CRAZY IF WE DO NOT TREAT OURSELVES ANS OUR BODY RIGHT. MANY OF US ARE TAKING COVID ON STRONG AND WE ARE DOING THE BEST CAN TO ENSURE WE HAVE THE STABILITY TO KEEP GOING. THOUGH MANY OF US HAVE LOST OUR WAY IN MANY CASES BECAUSE ALL EVERYTHING IS A CHANGE I JUST WANT TO GIVE SOME THINGS I DID TO KEEP ME GOING PERSONALLY.

  1. I TOOK THE TIME TO MEDIATE EVERY NIGHT BEFORE BED AND LISTEN TO SPIRITUAL MUSIC WHILE SLEEPING( THIS HELPED ME GET INTO A CERTAIN GOOD MOOD AND FEELING WHEN DONE RIGHT YOU CAN TAKE ON ANYTHING).

  2. SPEAK AND TALK WITH YOUR FRIEND REGULARLY.(SPEAKING TO FRIENDS ON THE OFTEN WILL HELP YOU BECOME SANSE BECAUSE YOU WILL REALIZE THAT EVERYBODY IS GOING THROUGH SOMETHING EVEN WHEN YOU FEEL YOUR ALONE).

  3. FOCUS ON CERTAIN GOALS WHILE SOCIAL DISTANCING( JUST BECAUSE WE ARE GOING THROUGH THINGS DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN'T STILL FOCUS ON YOUR DREAM STUDY, LOOK THINGS UP, TRY TO INVEST, THIS WILL BE THE BEST TIME AS OF EVERYTHING TO WORK ON YOUR PASSION).

  4. WORK-OUT( I CANT EVEN STRESS THIS ONE ENOUGH! PLEASE WORK OUT DAILY BECAUSE THIS WILL HELP YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM PLUS KEEP YOU A ACTIVE STATE AND WHAT BETTER TIME IT IS THAN NOW).

  5. SLEEP( SLEEPING WE USUALLY DON'T GET BUT THIS WILL BE BETTER TIME THAN EVERY TO GET THROUGH THE DAY TO rejuvenate YOUR BODY).
