The purchase of its building represents one of the first all crypto real estate deals of its kind, and excitingly, it is in the heart of Hollywood. The location was decided upon by the Paragon community using Paragon’s voting smart-contract, and all votes were paid for with PRG. The opening date for this co-working space is the 1st of July this year so the PRG wallet-holders will easily be able to access, and use the facilities provided ParagonSpace.

ParagonSpace is going to help play an important role in transitioning the industry to a more accessible one. The ParagonSpace is accessible to anyone who is part of the Paragon community, but services are available to PRG coin holders. Sign-ups to use the space are available to companies, startups and freelancers within the cannabis industry.

Within the ParagonSpace, flex desks, lounging areas and offices will be available to rent based on several different plans using PRGCoins exclusively, once it is operational. Members of the community will also have access to conference rooms to host their own events and meetings. A benefit is that the average price to rent would be much more affordable when compared to the wider market. The building is currently going through final contingency clearance. Once this has been completed they will be able to bring renderings to life and transform the space into the first ever, crypto-only, cannabis co-working space.
The luxe, modern, creative campus is spread over 8405 feet. The property contains four buildings connected by courtyards and patios creating a beautiful open-air work environment.

Baky Soumar is anticipated to lead design renovations to transform the building into a high-tech hub to serve the needs of all Paragonians. Additionally, Paragon is engaged in discussions with Fundanna, the leading online cannabis crowdfunding platform for startups. Together they will unite like-minded innovators, reinforcing a progressive atmosphere for collaboration within the cannabis industry.

Fundanna is the first regulated crowdfunding platform for cannabis businesses where retail investors have the opportunity to invest in cannabis startups. This allows for whole new possibilities of connecting startups with experts in the cannabis field. This coin with a low 64 million circulating supply is priced at 25 cents. I can't find coins with such credentials to be so under-priced. I see this coin attaining several dollars, in price, in 2018.
