CPS is the most corrupt and evil of all government agencies. They allow horrid things to happen to children once they have them. Nobody governs them. I have heard of or seen situations where someone should have stepped in for the child's sake and more often then not... not much is done. I am sorry to hear your story. I am sorry it is such a common example of what CPS actually does. I can not recall any "hero" stories about them at all... ever. I hear about children running away and saving themselves from foster homes... or just running away.
