What is going on here, can anybody explain how or why the old Ethereum chain is still going and gaining in price.

      I think this may be an orchestrated move by ethereum whales who are anti chain censorship and the HF. Plus ETC is more profitable to mine.

          I think it's a good way to lose nearly all your investment, extremely risky IMO.

            Only half a Bitcoin or so, and I'm still waiting for a good dip which seems to happening now. There's always a dip.
