STOP Calf muscle (leg muscle) cramp as you feel it starting.

Summary: Place the heel of your other foot in front of your cramping legs foot. Use your heel to push your foot towards you. The cramp should stop straight away.

Extra info: I used to get painful and crippling calf muscle cramps until I tried this technique and it stopped my cramp in it's tracks.
