The recent corrections in the crypto market can be attributed to numerous variables. The first I’d like to highlight are the bots in the system and their mathematical conclusions to sell in a volitile market. It would appear there is a domino effect when people start to initiate sells. If we look at the first major correction beginning on January 15th through about the 17th, one can speculate that wal-street (smart money) who held positions in various digital assets began to sell foreshadowing a downward trend in the market. The next major crash initiated on January 29th, 2018; here one can speculate that January 29th was the official opening day for tax season, hence positions held by those affected by taxes were sold. In such a healthy market I can confidently predict a rebound to occur soon. How soon? I simply don’t have the knowledge to be able to speculate as to when.
