Why are there still Evil Downvoters like ezvote still lurking around on Steemit
I thought that all the evil Downvoters got kicked off Steemit ? What is this idiot still doing here.
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
Disagreement on rewards
Fraud or plagiarism
Hate speech or trolling
Miscategorized content or spam
