Tree that Points Directions. Photo Fun Contest: Week 11 - "Weird Creations of Nature".

Funny thing about nature is that, sometime you just expect the unexpected and it will put a smile on your face.

It was 2015, we were having a vacation at Cameron Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia. A popular tourist destination. Many Malaysian will drive up there during the holidays due to its cooling air, wonderful trail of nature, tea plantation, strawberry farms, now even have grape farms. The kids just loved all these.

Anyway, today's story is about A TREE that we first saw there. This majestic tree was at the entrance into the Tea Plantation at Cameron Highlands. The way it was pointing was just right on the spot, it's like telling you "Hey everyone, this way! This way!" directing you to walk over there, and we did.

After a year, we went back to the same spot again to visit the old tree, luckily it was still there despite the fact the trail were closed for maintenance (you can see the yellow tape around it).

It is so hard to preserve nature nowadays due to the massive development by human. We love nature, we feel blessed and grateful that the trees are still there for us to come back to every year.

Terima kasih!

I am sure the tree has been there more than a century.

In that case I hope and wish it will live for another few more centuries!
