Catching up with my designs

in creative •  4 years ago

For about five years now, I have been creating various designs for display on sites like Redbubble and Vida. I have shared a few in the past, but quit blogging about three years ago. The designing continued, so I'd like to share a few I haven't shown yet!

My designs at Redbubble and Vida will sometimes get sold on products. These vary greatly, from clothing and accessories to phonecovers, blankets, stickers or pillows. They even have aprons now and have obviously jumped in on the facial masks thing. I own a couple of masks of my own designs, which feels pretty cool to wear in stores!

The mask sales have been a little crazy over at Vida during autumn and winter last year. They have dried up since news of working vaccines spread though. That was a nice run while it lasted.

I have noticed two of my most simple designs doing best for sales. I am ofcourse happy with every product I sell. I do get a little confused and disappointed when it's the simple ones that get sold, instead of the more elaborate ones I'm most proud of. I guess that might just be a tagging issue. It is harder to find good tags for the elaborate designs.

Anyway, here are a couple of designs I am most proud of from these last few years. I'll share a few product images and give links to the products aswell. Most designs are available on many more products, so if you like one, you can always browse a little after following the link!

By the way, if you want to make a purchase and want to support me a little more, you can follow this affiliate link to my store and search for the product there. It will give me a small bonus at no additional cost to yourself.

I own this mask myself and love walking around with it in the stores. It's much more positive than those boring throw-away ones. I'm also happy I can just reuse these time and time again. All you have to do is wash them!

I did have to put a little knot into one of the rubber bands, because the mask wasn't tight enough. Quick and easy little life-hack from my mum!

This design also works really well on phone wallets, because of the color mirroring. Mum has one of my phone wallets and we have noticed that the color tends to fade when put out into the sun for too long.

I made a few gradient designs with a faint star pattern on them. The color combination on this pillow is the one I like most.

Redbubble also sells travel mugs, which is pretty cool if you want to avoid plastic bottles while on the go. Myself, I just stick with a reusable water bottle, since I don't drink coffee/tea while I'm out. It seems many people do though, so happy to have these mugs around!

This design gives a subtle color difference (black and gray) divided by a white line. I love this one on shirts, or well, basically on everything.

It works well on phones.

And it also works really well on these coasters, which I personally own aswell. Sadly, the color difference isn't visible all that well on the coasters, but I like the design on them either way. I own several of the Redbubble coasters actually and they are good quality. Which, ofcourse, one should expect for their price!

So there you have it, a couple of my favorite designs from these past few years. I have a lot more and might show some of them at a later point.

Do you like any of these designs? Which one do you like best?
